1. Services

Staffordshire EPC provides domestic Energy Performance Certificate assessments across Staffordshire. Assessments are carried out by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.

2. Pricing

Our standard domestic EPC is priced from £65. Prices may vary for larger properties or additional services. A full quotation will be provided before any work is carried out. No travel charge applies within 20 miles of our base in Stoke-on-Trent.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee at our discretion.

4. Access

You must ensure that the assessor can access all rooms, the loft space, and the boiler during the assessment. If access is restricted, we may not be able to provide an accurate assessment and an additional visit may be required.

5. Certificates

EPCs are lodged on the national EPC register and are valid for 10 years from the date of assessment. A copy will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the assessment.

6. Liability

While we endeavour to provide accurate assessments, the EPC rating is based on the information available at the time of assessment. We accept no liability for changes to the property after the assessment date.

7. Disputes

Any disputes should be raised with us in writing at info@staffordshireepc.co.uk. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
